About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Coordinator (Italian & English) to join our remote team at Newell Brands. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and guidance. As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them maximize the value of our products and services.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
• Previous experience in customer service or customer success roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
