Customer Success Associate - Sustainable Chemical Management (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Associate - Sustainable Chemical Management (Remote) to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients achieve their sustainability goals through effective chemical management solutions. As a Customer Success Associate, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support to enhance their experience with our products and services.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions related to sustainable chemical management.
- Utilize data-driven insights to guide clients in optimizing their chemical management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources to educate clients on our sustainability solutions.
- Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Analyze client feedback and data to inform product development and enhance service offerings.
- Support the sales team with insights gathered from customer interactions to drive enterprise sales.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
- Passion for sustainability and knowledge of chemical management practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
- Experience in SaaS environments is preferred.
