• Identify trends in customer feedback to improve overall service quality and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and product usability.

Requirements

• Native or fluent in Finnish (level C1+) and intermediate English proficiency (B2+).
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
• Availability to work in various shifts, as the department operates 24/7.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to provide a brilliant customer experience.

• Experience in the mobility or tech industry.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software.
