About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative - Shopify Store to join our international e-commerce team. This Customer Service Representative remote position allows you to work from anywhere, providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels including email, live chat, and social media.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage Shopify orders, returns, and refunds through the Shopify admin dashboard.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate customer records and issue reports using Google Sheets or CRM tools.
- Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to improve service quality.
- Assist in creating FAQs and improving customer experience on the website.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or Shopify customer service.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Familiarity with Shopify admin, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours depending on business needs.
