Student Assistant Marketing - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Student Assistant Marketing to join our dynamic team at Welthungerhilfe. This remote opportunity allows you to invest your skills and passion in a meaningful way while working for a respected organization dedicated to humanitarian aid. As a Student Assistant Marketing, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Philanthropy and Partnerships Team, helping to maintain and acquire corporate partnerships that finance our projects in 37 countries.

What You'll Do

• Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations, focusing on data maintenance and recording incoming donations.
• Assist in preparing project proposals and reports, including translating English content into German.
• Support stakeholder-oriented communication by creating thank-you letters and project-related reports.
• Conduct research on company information relevant to partnership building activities.
• Create mail merge letters and Excel spreadsheets for various fundraising activities.

Requirements

• You must be currently enrolled at a university or college.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a structured and results-oriented manner.
• Fluency in German (C1 level) and very good written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in marketing or fundraising activities.
• Familiarity with nonprofit operations and partnership management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
