Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Proficient in German (C1/C2 level) is mandatory.
- Self-motivated with a reliable work style.
- Must have a private workspace equipped with necessary hardware.
- Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbit/s.
- Residence in the EU or willingness to relocate.
