About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Sales Executive - Two Wheeler Loans (Remote) to join our team at Tata Capital. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers and facilitating the loan process under the guidance of your supervisor. What You'll Do
- Identify potential customers for two-wheeler loans with the help of your supervisor.
- Collect and validate necessary documents from customers as per organizational norms.
- Log cases in the system according to standard operating procedures (SOP) and follow the process for disbursement.
- Fulfill the sanction ratio as per organizational requirements.
- Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple financial products under the guidance of your supervisor.
- Assist in the empanelment of new vendors and develop relationships with them.
- Ensure compliance with all audit and RBI regulations with the support of your manager.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
