What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional support to customers, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales by recommending related products and add-on extensions.
• Process customer orders accurately and respond to inquiries regarding Parts and Supply offerings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Trane products, offerings, and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
• Interact with customers both on the phone and in person, executing quote and order management processes with precision.
• Assist with warehouse and inventory management tasks as needed.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working overtime or weekends when required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Experience in inside sales, retail, or a related field.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement and safety.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Familiarity with Trane products and services.
