Customer-Focused Receptionist for Tourist Apartments - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Receptionist for Tourist Apartments to join our team at Feelathome. This remote receptionist role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional service to our guests while managing various tasks efficiently. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests in Madrid, Spain.

What You'll Do

• Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for guests.
• Assist in planning and managing reservations effectively.
• Collaborate with the maintenance and cleaning coordination team to ensure apartments are in perfect condition for guests.
• Monitor multiple chats simultaneously, responding to and managing communication with clients.
• Perform multitasking duties such as reviewing apartments, organizing materials, and managing inventory.
• Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during guests' stays.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training / Intermediate Degree.
• Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role.
• Language: Native Spanish and a high level of English; French is desirable.
• Computer skills: Proficiency in tools such as Word, Excel, and Internet.
• Working hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (shifts rotate during the week).
• 2 days off that may rotate from Monday to Sunday (1 weekend off per month).
