  • Utilize CRM platforms to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer support or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in B2B sales or real estate technology is a plus.
