About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Creator/Customer Support Specialist - Remote to join our innovative team at VidIQ. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting creators on their journey, ensuring they have the tools and assistance they need to succeed in the ever-evolving landscape of content creation.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer support to creators, addressing their inquiries and technical issues.
  • Utilize your knowledge of AI tools and software to assist users effectively.
  • Engage with the community through various platforms, including social media and forums.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to relay customer feedback and improve services.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zendesk.
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience with content creation tools and platforms, particularly YouTube.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Experience in AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
