Creatives Delivery Associate - Remote Position

About the Role

We are hiring a Creatives Delivery Associate remote to join our dynamic team at INFUSE. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile clients like Microsoft, Google, and IBM, ensuring seamless collaboration between our web design and copywriting teams.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the distribution of tasks between web design and copywriting teams, ensuring effective communication with Client Success and Campaign Manager departments.
• Participate in team rallies and meetings to foster collaboration.
• Utilize Google Docs for planning and managing tasks, ensuring control over task due dates.
• Coordinate all interaction processes between teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in task tables, ensuring data accuracy.

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.
• Confident PC user with good Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Google Drive and Sheets is desirable.
• Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience in project management or coordination roles.
• Familiarity with task management tools.
