About the Role

Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Agriculture.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proven track record of leading transformational change and managing diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of the agricultural market and customer dynamics.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
