Site Support Manager - Remote Position at Konecranes

About the Role

We are seeking a Site Support Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Konecranes. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting site activities throughout the planning, execution, and warranty phases of projects, ensuring successful outcomes and enhancing customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Support Project Management as a subject matter expert in site management.
• Lead problem-solving efforts for complex technical issues related to overhead cranes.
• Act as a site supervisor when needed, ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate with installation subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide technical mentorship for Project Management team members.
• Foster internal relationships with partner groups to ensure seamless communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overhead crane or related industrial experience.
• Proven experience in site management within an industrial or construction environment.
• Hands-on experience with overhead crane installation and commissioning.
• Strong technical skills and a desire to understand products and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and leadership skills.
