About the Role
As a Contract Logistics Administration Specialist remote at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support across our warehouse and/or distribution activities through various tasks.
- Manage office administration and facilities for the Contract Logistics department, including supplies and maintenance.
- Coordinate sourcing, purchasing, and price comparisons for office-related goods and services.
- Ensure all contracts, agreements, and renewals are updated and compliant.
- Handle procurement and vendor management, including onboarding new suppliers and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare administrative reports such as cost tracking and monthly summaries.
- Support HR & Admin team-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, or a related major.
- At least one year of experience in logistics or administration preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Good command of English.
