About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Contract Analyst to join Stryker Trauma in a remote capacity. As a Contract Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of usage-based finance agreements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to analyze sales data, provide insights, and ensure contract compliance, all while working remotely.

What You'll Do

• Own a portfolio of finance agreements, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with sales teams to ensure contract compliance and operational support.
• Develop and implement processes that enhance sales efficiency.
• Maintain accurate sales activity information and reporting.
• Review contracts for compliance issues and communicate findings effectively.
• Suggest process improvements to streamline operations.
• Occasional travel may be required (up to 10%) to support business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data effectively.
• Critical and strategic thinking skills are a must.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and attention to detail.
