Content Operations Specialist - Hearthstone (Remote)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Operations Specialist - Hearthstone to join our team remotely. In this role, you will manage the Hearthstone shop product pipeline and data configuration for all products that appear in the game. Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle large volumes of data will be crucial in ensuring that our products are delivered efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do

• Manage our Hearthstone shop product pipeline, collaborating with Product Managers to gather requirements and configure products.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Artists, Designers, Engineers, and QA Testers, to bring new products to life.
• Coordinate releases with our Live Operations team, triaging and resolving live issues as they arise.
• Assess current processes and workflows, offering constructive initiatives to improve our tools and operations.
• Proactively identify risks, plan for mitigations, and communicate ongoing project statuses.
• Promote and participate in a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in live software or services production, operations, or project management.
• Ability to build, track, and maintain complex roadmaps and schedules.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Impeccable organizational and time-management abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a game or entertainment company.
• Familiarity with release coordination, checklists, and Quality Assurance.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• A passion for gaming.
