About the Role

We're hiring a Content Marketing Manager to join our team at Anthropic, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the world understands and adopts our suite of AI products. This Content Marketing Manager remote position is perfect for someone who is genuinely curious about AI and has a knack for translating complex technical content into accessible formats.

What You'll Do

• Manage an editorial calendar for product-focused and developer-focused content, ensuring consistent output across various formats including blog posts, ebooks, and video content.
• Write and edit long-form and short-form content that spans the full technical spectrum, from developer tutorials to accessible overviews for non-technical decision-makers.
• Create engaging content for startup founders and operators using Claude and Claude Code to help them build and scale their companies.
• Script and structure video content including product demos and user spotlights, collaborating closely with production partners.
• Partner with sales and product marketing to develop enablement materials that support the revenue team's needs.
• Collaborate with product marketing and engineering to stay ahead of product launches and updates, translating new capabilities into compelling content quickly.
• Track content performance using analytics and refine strategies based on audience engagement.
• Work cross-functionally with design and brand teams to ensure all content is polished and on-brand.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in content marketing or technical writing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record of producing content that drives business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience writing for developer audiences, including newsletters and guides.
• Understanding of how content fits into a B2B sales and marketing funnel.
• Ability to manage multiple content workstreams and deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Experience scripting video content and understanding what makes technical content work on screen.
• Strong collaborative communication skills across marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience at a developer tooling company, particularly in the AI/ML space.
• Familiarity with developer ecosystems and tools.
• A background in product marketing or technical marketing.
