Brand Design Lead - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Brand Design Lead to join our team at RevenueCat. This remote position offers the opportunity to shape a brand that impacts hundreds of millions of end-users. As a Brand Design Lead, you will play a crucial role in elevating our design output while maintaining the speed and flexibility that defines our culture.

What You'll Do

• Guide creative direction and evolve the brand while actively designing, prototyping, and shipping your own work.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Events, and Leadership teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for external design agencies and freelancers.
• Lead the creative direction for flagship events like the App Growth Annual conference.
• Establish clear brand design principles and direction without over-policing.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in brand or visual design with a strong portfolio showcasing your process.
• Hands-on designer who enjoys executing work, not just reviewing or delegating.
• Ability to take projects from brief to execution with minimal oversight.
• Strong taste and a clear point of view on design, with the ability to articulate your design choices.
• Experience designing for the web, with knowledge of best practices in layout, responsiveness, and accessibility.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing and shipping complex landing pages or digital experiences end-to-end.
• Familiarity with motion design and animation tools.
• Portfolio case studies that demonstrate your design process.
