Construction Helper (m/​f/​d) - Heat Pump Installation

About the Role

We are looking for a Construction Helper (m/f/d) to join our team remotely and actively contribute to climate-neutral living through heat pump installations. In this role, you will utilize your practical construction experience and earn between €3,000 and €3,800 plus bonuses. This Construction Helper position offers the opportunity to work on various construction sites, where you will be responsible for tasks such as foundation construction, cable laying, core drilling, and the assembly of control cabinets.

What You'll Do

• Work on-site with your team, applying your construction skills to various projects.
• Take responsibility for tasks including foundation work, cable installation, and equipment assembly.
• Start your work flexibly from home, receiving digital assignments via your tablet.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction in every task.
• Collaborate closely with your team to achieve project goals efficiently.

Requirements

• Practical construction experience and a willingness to learn.
• A valid Class B driver's license is required.
• Good German language skills are necessary for effective communication.
• Experience in landscaping, road construction, or masonry is a plus.
• Knowledge in SHK (sanitary, heating, and air conditioning) or electronics is advantageous but not mandatory.
