Construction Delivery Lead - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Construction Delivery Lead to join our team at Mace, where you will have the opportunity to work remotely while leading construction projects. As a Construction Delivery Lead remote position, you will be responsible for building trusted client and stakeholder relationships, translating vision into safe, deliverable onsite plans.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring project delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Uphold integrity through ethical governance, fiscal accountability, and compliant delivery supporting long-term strategy.
• Develop and empower teams by sharing expertise and promoting ownership, inclusion, and wellbeing.
• Manage delivery within the Senior Construction team, guiding site teams to meet program commitments.
• Own safety, wellbeing, and quality for project sections, coordinating trade and subcontract partners effectively.
• Provide technical leadership, applying Mace standards, QA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support net zero carbon delivery and responsible business outcomes.
• Write informative, concise, and meaningful reports to communicate project status and updates.

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge of construction sequencing, recovery plans, and resource allocation.
• Good understanding of obligations under CDM regulations.
• Working knowledge in the delivery of projects.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent vocational training and experience.
• SMSTS or IOSH qualification holder.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
• Motivating and energizing contract partners by building a climate of trust and understanding.
