About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Manager remote to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs that align with our organizational strategy. As a Compensation Manager remote, you will play a critical role in supporting talent acquisition and retention while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and manage base and variable compensation programs, including merit increases and bonus plans.
  • Lead job evaluation and market pricing to develop and maintain salary structures.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analyses to ensure competitive pay practices.
  • Administer the annual compensation review process, including merit increases and promotions.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure equitable and competitive compensation offers.
  • Advise managers on compensation decisions and pay practices.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external compensation survey vendors and consultants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, including leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
  • Experience with global compensation practices.
