Compensation and Benefits Analyst - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Analyst remote to join CERN's dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in shaping our compensation and benefits policies through data analysis and strategic insights. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to CERN's 5-Yearly Review, a pivotal project that influences our compensation structures and policies.
What You'll Do
- Participate in Compensation & Benefits benchmarking exercises and structural analysis.
- Perform data extraction, analysis, and reporting to support compensation and benefits activities.
- Support operational activities in the area of entry salary calculations.
- Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and data visualizations for the HR department.
- Ensure data quality and consistency by understanding underlying HR data and processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data analytics tools and reporting, including the integration of AI tools.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and visualize data clearly.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Power BI for data manipulation and visualization.
- Understanding of HR data and processes.
- Experience with an HCM system, such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate requests from non-technical stakeholders.
- Spoken and written English or French, with a commitment to learn the other language.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a similar role within a multinational organization.
- Knowledge of compensation frameworks and policies.
- Familiarity with AI tools in data analytics.
