Compensation and Benefits Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Analyst remote to join CERN's dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in shaping our compensation and benefits policies through data analysis and strategic insights. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to CERN's 5-Yearly Review, a pivotal project that influences our compensation structures and policies.

What You'll Do

• Participate in Compensation & Benefits benchmarking exercises and structural analysis.
• Perform data extraction, analysis, and reporting to support compensation and benefits activities.
• Support operational activities in the area of entry salary calculations.
• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and data visualizations for the HR department.
• Ensure data quality and consistency by understanding underlying HR data and processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data analytics tools and reporting, including the integration of AI tools.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and visualize data clearly.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Power BI for data manipulation and visualization.
• Understanding of HR data and processes.
• Experience with an HCM system, such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate requests from non-technical stakeholders.
• Spoken and written English or French, with a commitment to learn the other language.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role within a multinational organization.
• Knowledge of compensation frameworks and policies.
• Familiarity with AI tools in data analytics.
