Community Administrator - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Community Administrator to join our team remotely. As a Community Administrator, you will ensure compliance with property laws and regulations while acting as a liaison between property owners and external parties. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with in-person meetings in Madrid.

What You'll Do

• Ensure compliance with the Horizontal Property Law and other applicable regulations.
• Organize and attend owners' meetings, draft minutes, and execute agreements.
• Act as an intermediary between property owners and third parties.
• Represent the community in judicial or administrative processes when necessary.
• Manage income and expenses, including the collection of fees and special assessments.
• Supervise the condition of the building and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Oversee construction and repairs, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Address incidents, complaints, and inquiries from property owners.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate sector.
• University degree or equivalent (CFGS).
• Knowledge of Taaf or Gesfincas software is a plus.
• Language skills are valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
