About the Role

Grafana Labs is hiring a full-time Commercial Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team, working remotely from Germany. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving customer success through our innovative solutions, ensuring that clients maximize the value of our products. As a Commercial Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' unique needs.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on using Grafana's solutions effectively.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities of our offerings.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and assist in closing deals through technical expertise.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions to enhance product features and usability.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical solutions role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Grafana or similar tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
