Commercial Project Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We're looking for a Commercial Project Manager to join our Energy team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in leading high-priority, cross-functional projects that are critical to our energy business. You will navigate the complex landscape of industry-wide regulatory changes and metering transformations, ensuring our activities remain compliant, efficient, and market-leading.

What You'll Do

• Lead the delivery of complex energy initiatives, managing the full lifecycle from discovery to post-implementation review.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and manage large-scale projects, including SMETS2 deployments.
• Orchestrate resources across Commercial, Finance, Product, Tech, Operations, and Regulatory teams.
• Foster a culture of transparency and shared goals to build high-performing squads.
• Align diverse teams across the business to act as a cohesive unit and drive outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project leadership with a track record of managing high-profile projects.
• Strong change management skills in fast-paced corporate settings.
• Technical literacy to interface with Product and Engineering teams effectively.
• Experience in the energy sector or ability to adapt quickly to new industries.
• Analytical problem-solving skills to break down complex data flows into actionable plans.
