Commercial Employee - Remote Position at CWS

About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Employee to join our team remotely at CWS. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to contribute to our operations and customer service efforts. As a Commercial Employee, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and ensuring smooth operations.

What You'll Do

• Onboard new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Monitor pricing adjustments and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Review technician reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Handle invoicing for projects and maintenance, tracking payments and managing reminders.
• Act as the primary contact for the Bielefeld branch, connecting clients with the appropriate representatives.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements for the Bielefeld location.
• Provide necessary data to the central team for reporting purposes.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, such as office management or a similar qualification.
• Initial professional experience in a similar role.
• Structured, analytical, and independent working style with a strong focus on results.
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of customer service orientation.
• Proficient in German, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong IT affinity.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of financial reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
