About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Development and Operational Marketing Assistant to join our team remotely. In this role, you will contribute to the operational implementation of our commercial strategy in close collaboration with the operational marketing team. This position is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist in generating commercial opportunities and track them using our CRM system.
• Collaborate directly with the sales team on various marketing actions, including communication campaigns, email marketing, webinars, and events.
• Support sales representatives during events by handling bookings, logistics, and setup.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize your creativity and proactivity to propose innovative marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Excel, including sorting and macros.
• Comfortable with digital tools and telephone communication.
• A proactive and creative mindset to contribute effectively to the team.

• Previous experience in marketing or sales support.
