What You'll Do

• Execute co-sell strategies across hyperscaler marketplaces, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with seller teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hyperscaler account executives and partner managers to drive collaboration and pipeline acceleration.
• Lead high-impact field activations and manage marketing development funds (MDF) to support our partners effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Legal teams to streamline deal processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze co-sell performance metrics to provide insights that refine Deel’s cloud partnership strategy and enhance revenue growth.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience in hyperscaler partnerships or cloud-focused go-to-market strategies.
• Hands-on experience with hyperscaler co-sell tools such as ACE and Partner Center.
• Strong operational discipline and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a direct and concise approach.
• Existing network within hyperscaler organizations across various regions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with multiple cloud alliances (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Background in HRIS or FinTech sectors.
• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.
