About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Network Engineer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in AWS networking and Azure architecture to design and manage secure, scalable cloud network infrastructures across multi-cloud environments. This Cloud Network Engineer remote position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies while ensuring compliance with government standards.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and support AWS cloud network architecture.
  • Implement networking solutions using VPC, Transit Gateway, and Direct Connect.
  • Design and support Azure networking architecture, including Virtual Networks (VNet) and ExpressRoute.
  • Establish and manage cross-cloud connectivity between AWS and Azure.
  • Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Automate network provisioning and configurations using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Build cloud network environments from scratch (greenfield deployments).
  • Ensure compliance with AWS GovCloud and Azure FedRAMP High standards.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in AWS Networking (must-have).
  • Good experience in Azure Networking.
  • Hands-on experience with VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VNet, ExpressRoute, and NSGs.
  • Strong experience in Terraform (mandatory).
  • Experience with Ansible (preferred).
  • Proven experience in multi-cloud networking and connectivity.
  • Experience with GovCloud / FedRAMP environments.
  • Ability to design and deploy network infrastructure from scratch.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with automation and scripting in cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks.
  • Prior experience in government or regulated environments.
