About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Cloud Financial Analyst - Remote to join our team at NewGen Technologies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing financial operations related to cloud services, ensuring that our financial strategies align with our technological initiatives. As a Cloud Financial Analyst - Remote, you will work closely with various teams to optimize cloud spending and improve financial forecasting.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze cloud financial data to provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Develop financial models for cloud services, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to implement financial management tools and processes.
  • Utilize data visualization tools like Power BI to present financial data effectively.
  • Monitor cloud usage and spending, providing regular reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a cloud environment.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS, cloud financial management, and financial modeling.
  • Experience with tools such as NetSuite and Adaptive Insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, particularly Power BI.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and monitoring tools.
  • TS/SCI Clearance or relevant certifications (8570, Sec+).
