Cloud Developer - Cybersecurity Focus (Remote Available)

About the Role

We are seeking a Cloud Developer with a focus on cybersecurity to join our high-performing team. This Cloud Developer remote position will allow you to build secure, scalable cloud solutions while enhancing our cybersecurity infrastructure. You will play a vital role in supporting a large-scale SOC enterprise environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop cloud service delivery models including PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS.
• Design and implement cloud architecture frameworks to support our cybersecurity initiatives.
• Automate cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices.
• Analyze applications for cloud migration and deployment.
• Develop strategies for failure recovery and cost optimization.
• Build, deploy, and maintain cloud applications.
• Migrate on-premises applications to cloud environments.
• Debug cloud stacks and manage cloud service policies.
• Ensure system uptime, availability, and security compliance.
• Design and enhance cloud-based software solutions independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on cloud technologies.
• Experience with Linux-based environments.
• Experience in cybersecurity infrastructure including testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Experience developing and maintaining cybersecurity applications.

Nice to Have

• Certifications: Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Associate.
• Experience with Splunk and Oracle/SQL platforms.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong experience in third-party integrations, code enhancements, and process improvement.
