About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager/Sales Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. What You'll Do

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in client success or sales roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to analyze client data and provide actionable insights.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with SaaS revenue models and customer relationship management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a consultative sales approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
