Client Success Executive - Digital Marketing (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Executive - Digital Marketing (Remote) to join our team at AnyMind Group. In this role, you will support the business development team while managing and nurturing strong client relationships. As a Client Success Executive, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless project execution that exceeds client expectations.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Serve as the liaison between local clients and the regional operations team, facilitating proposal development and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account and influencer management teams, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and proceed with related paperwork (contracts, liquidations, etc.).
• Engage in up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities by approaching potential clients.
• Support the team in prospecting, pitching, and closing sales.
• Conduct research to identify customer’s key needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience as a Sales Account/Client Success Executive or a similar role in the digital marketing industry.
• Experience in professional client relationship management.
• Proficient in English with strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized with a good sense of responsibility.
• Good strategic thinking, analytical, and listening skills.
• Result-oriented with a passion for work.
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment is a plus.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Understanding of e-commerce trends and consumer behavior.
• Previous experience in a remote working environment.
