Client Lead Digital - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Client Lead Digital to join our dynamic team at Biggie Group. This remote Client Lead Digital position allows you to leverage your expertise in digital marketing while working with a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be instrumental in managing client relationships and overseeing advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Analyze client requirements in collaboration with consulting teams to produce strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate campaign implementation across internal teams, including industry managers and creative teams.
• Maintain relationships with external partners to ensure quality investments in advertising.
• Conduct performance analysis during and after campaigns to support strategic recommendations.
• Regularly track media spending for billing purposes using tools like Salesforce.
• Propose new optimization strategies based on daily campaign results.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in engineering, business, or a specialized digital field.
• At least three years of experience in digital marketing.
• Familiarity with performance advertising channels (Programmatic, SEA, SMA, etc.) and online ad space purchasing.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster long-term partnerships.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel and Office skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Knowledge of additional digital marketing tools and platforms.
