Client Integration and Support Specialist - Remote Internship

About the Role

We are seeking a Client Integration and Support Specialist for a remote internship position with Marsh McLennan. This role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in client integration and support while working with a dynamic team. As a Client Integration and Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration of new clients into our systems.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the marketing team to redesign communication materials such as FAQs, practical guides, and user manuals.
• Send communication packs to clients, including mailings, peer reviews, and tracking of dispatches.
• Process personal data using Excel to integrate it into our management tools.
• Analyze data to improve client integration processes.
• Manage rejections following complete integration, including recovery of log files and tracking of issues.
• Declare and manage incidences related to our internal tools.
• Once trained, manage a portfolio of clients and conduct training sessions and client presentations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (Bac+3 level) starting in September 2026, ideally with a 3-week work/1-week school schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and autonomy.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP).
• Motivation and a positive mindset.
