What You'll Do

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets while contributing to overall commercial KPIs.
• Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand, creating desire and loyalty with every interaction.
• Provide luxury service by demonstrating expertise in fashion, styling, and product knowledge.
• Enhance the client journey by ensuring a great initial impression and maintaining relationships post-sale.
• Support daily store operations, maintaining high luxury standards and assisting with inventory management.
• Foster teamwork and a positive work environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients, working by appointment to provide personalized services.
• Drive client retention through regular follow-ups and ensuring satisfaction with purchases.

Requirements

• A proven track record in sales and exceeding targets, particularly in luxury retail.
• Previous experience in clienteling and a strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
• Excellent product knowledge and understanding of retail operations.
• Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English is desirable.
• Demonstrated confidence, curiosity, and care in client interactions.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about selling.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a results-driven mindset.
