About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and recovering claim funds in the Property & Casualty insurance sector. What You'll Do

• Conduct detailed investigations to recover claim funds effectively.
• Analyze incoming claim information for potential recovery opportunities.
• Utilize negotiation skills to resolve claims efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and other stakeholders throughout the recovery process.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently to manage multiple claims.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Prepare detailed reports on claim recovery activities and outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in claims management.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in insurance industry claims handling.
• 3 years of experience specifically in handling Property & Casualty claims.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• A college degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with subrogation processes in claims management.
• Familiarity with automotive engineering concepts related to claims.
• Knowledge of negotiation tactics specific to the insurance industry.
