Childcare Assistant - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Childcare Assistant to join our team remotely. As a Childcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and well-being of children. This position is ideal for individuals with a CAP in Early Childhood Education or similar qualifications. You will have the opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where creativity and educational projects are encouraged.

What You'll Do

• Provide quality care and support for children and their families through individualized activities and care.
• Participate in educational discussions and planning with the team.
• Collaborate on implementing the educational project in line with our Group Establishment Project.
• Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of each child.
• Engage in activities that promote children's autonomy and exploration.

Requirements

• CAP in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Experience working in a daycare or similar setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for child development and education.
• Ability to create a safe and engaging learning environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with nature-based education projects.
• Knowledge of child safety and hygiene standards.
• Familiarity with educational frameworks and methodologies.
