Chief Operating Officer (iGaming) - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) remote to join Nexus International, a leading name in the iGaming industry. As we expand our global footprint, this role is pivotal in shaping our operational strategy and ensuring our sustained growth across multiple markets.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day operational performance across all business units, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
• Implement structured reporting, accountability, and KPI frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
• Align Risk, Payments, Retention, and Casino functions under unified performance standards to drive profitability.
• Strengthen governance, compliance, and regulatory discipline across all operations.
• Drive margin protection initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee international market expansion from an operational standpoint, ensuring smooth entry into new markets.
• Build scalable organizational structures that support our growth objectives.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the Founder, providing insights and direction on execution and scaling strategies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the iGaming sector, with a significant background in Tier-1 operations.
• Previous experience as a COO, Operations Director, or in a Senior Executive leadership role.
• Proven track record in scaling multi-market sportsbook and casino operations.
• Deep understanding of Risk & Trading operations, Payments infrastructure, CRM & retention frameworks, and Compliance structures.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional teams with a strong commercial acumen.
• Comfortable operating in high-growth, founder-led environments.
• Tier-1 operator experience is essential.
