About the Role

We're hiring a Lead Product Designer to join our innovative team at Immersive. As a Lead Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our cutting-edge cyber resilience platform, Immersive One. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to a mission-driven company dedicated to enhancing cybersecurity capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design of scalable product experiences for the Immersive One platform.
• Integrate intelligent automation and generative AI into user flows to enhance user engagement.
• Transform complex cybersecurity data into intuitive user interfaces that improve user experience.
• Collaborate with research teams to ground design decisions in data and user insights.
• Champion Object-Oriented UX for reusable components, ensuring a consistent design language.
• Govern the evolution of the design system for consistency and accessibility across all platforms.
• Leverage customer insights to prioritize design initiatives that align with user needs.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure consistent implementation of product features.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product or UX design, particularly in SaaS environments.
• Proven track record in designing intelligent interfaces and automation-driven experiences.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering.
• Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Expertise in systems thinking and interaction design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented UX and data modeling principles.
• Ability to define and analyze success metrics for design solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the cybersecurity industry or related fields.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies.
