About the Role

This is an opportunity to collaborate long-term on Banditopia, a new IP blending gritty, graffiti-inspired aesthetics with anime and comic influences. What You'll Do

  • Design original, stylized animal characters with distinct personalities and visual identities.
  • Create detailed environments and city districts reflecting an urban, graffiti-inspired world.
  • Develop story-driven visual assets for use in comics, animation, and branding.
  • Collaborate on world-building, power systems, and narrative elements.
  • Contribute to the visual direction and evolution of the Banditopia universe.
  • Participate in regular creative discussions and provide input on project development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in character design, illustration, or animation, preferably with a focus on stylized or urban themes.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing character-focused work influenced by anime, comics, or street art.
  • Proficiency in digital illustration and animation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Clip Studio Paint, or similar).
