Cardiologist Consultant - Remote Per Diem

About the Role

Hawthorne Health is seeking a highly skilled Cardiologist Consultant - Remote to join our team on a per diem basis. This role is pivotal in providing expert analysis and interpretation of cardiac imaging studies, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. As a Cardiologist Consultant - Remote, you will leverage advanced imaging techniques and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Review and interpret cardiac imaging studies, including echocardiograms, with precision.
• Create final reports of findings and upload them into the StudyCast imaging platform.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, providing expert insights into complex cardiac conditions.
• Contribute to clinical research projects related to cardiology and imaging modalities.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
• Support quality assurance initiatives by ensuring imaging protocols meet clinical trial standards and best practices.

Requirements

• MD licensed in any state.
• Board-certified or eligible in Cardiology with subspecialty training in Cardiac Imaging or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of medical imaging techniques including echocardiography, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, and interventional radiology procedures.
