Channel Director - Central Europe (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Channel Director - Central Europe (Remote) to join Semperis, a recognized leader in cybersecurity. This role is pivotal in driving our channel sales strategy across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. As a Channel Director, you will be the primary leader responsible for fostering and enabling profitable relationships with our partners. You will help shape the future of cybersecurity while working in a supportive and innovative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for Referral Partners, System Integrators, and Resellers in Central Europe.
  • Recruit and onboard strategically aligned partnerships with top-tier partners to enhance our channel sales.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline growth through effective “Sell With” and “Sell Through” strategies.
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and documentation of partner activities within Salesforce.
  • Plan and coordinate joint marketing initiatives, including webinars and in-person events.
  • Deliver training sessions and coordinate education programs for partner Sales and Services teams.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities through channel partners and support sales efforts.
  • Attend customer meetings alongside partner sales representatives to drive sales success.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of channel sales experience, particularly in the cybersecurity or IAM sectors.
  • Proven track record of building and monetizing high-performing reseller partnerships.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration.
  • Experience managing annual quotas tied to partner-influenced revenue and resale targets.
  • Ability to thrive in high-impact, dynamic environments.
