What You'll Do

• Assist the examinations team in the preparation and supervision of examinations, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Monitor learners’ attendance and behavior during exams, maintaining a calm and focused environment.
• Ensure the security of examination materials and prevent any malpractice.
• Act as a reader, scribe, or prompt for learners as needed, following appropriate training.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
• Record start and finish times accurately and ensure all examination guidelines are followed.
• Respond to queries regarding examination paperwork and administration efficiently.
• Report any concerns regarding examination conduct to the examinations manager.

Requirements

• Satisfactory DBS check is essential.
• Full, clean driving license and access to a vehicle with business use insurance are required.
• Qualifications: Grade C/4 at GCSE level or Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Mathematics.
• Experience in basic administration and excellent communication skills are essential.
• Previous experience in invigilating or supervising examinations is desired.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection legislation.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management are essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow predetermined instructions.
