What You'll Do

• Focus on both safety and customer care aspects during flights.
• Perform onboard and ground duties in compliance with the company’s policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and cash handling effectively.
• Welcome passengers with a smile and assist them throughout the flight.
• Act in accordance with our values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
• Become part of a family of more than 7,000 aviation enthusiasts.
• Be contracted and paid from day one of your training.

Requirements

• You must be aged 18 or over.
• You should have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• A minimum of a high school degree/GCSE or equivalent is required.
• You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• A valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months) is necessary.
• You should be able to swim.
• You must have the right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
• You should live or be prepared to move within 90 minutes of your chosen base.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the uniform.
• You should be an enthusiastic person who enjoys working with people.

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Previous experience in the aviation industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
