About the Role

We are seeking a Business Lead for Billing and Payments to spearhead a transformative initiative at OP Financial Group. What You'll Do

• Lead the definition and implementation of the target state for Billing and Payments, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
• Enhance customer experience by simplifying and streamlining billing and payment processes.

• Manage the end-to-end billing and payment process for both individual and corporate clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation projects in billing, collections, and payments.

• Extensive knowledge of financial management and cash flow dynamics.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and lead cross-functional teams.
• Modern digital skills and expertise in technology and platform development related to billing and payments.

• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
