About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst remote to support a short-term, high-impact project focused on data integration, reporting, and executive-level insights. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and can work independently while delivering high-quality analytics solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to support business and operational decision-making.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for executive stakeholders.
  • Perform API integrations between SaaS platforms and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Translate business requirements into scalable data models and reporting solutions.
  • Support IT Operations and/or Network Operations reporting initiatives.
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve business performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining the ability to work independently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience performing API integrations between SaaS tools and Power BI.
  • Strong experience building executive-level dashboards and reports.
  • Background in IT Operations reporting or Network Operations reporting.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Strong data modeling and data visualization skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience working with large, complex datasets in enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud-based data sources.
  • Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
