About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team at Anchorage Digital, a leading crypto platform. As a Business Development Representative remote, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by researching leads and engaging prospects across all our business lines. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can leverage your skills in the rapidly evolving digital asset space.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with prospects to build relationships and communicate Anchorage Digital’s value propositions effectively.
  • Lead efforts for pipeline growth and top-of-funnel expansion in collaboration with sales reps and marketing stakeholders.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects using Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and sharing client feedback with product and engineering teams.
  • Contribute actively to team activities and foster productive internal and external working relationships.
  • Deliver timely and detailed reporting on progress to optimize the lead qualification and conversion process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, including at least 1 year within the digital assets sector.
  • Prior experience in a BDR role within a Fintech or SaaS company is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for digital assets.
  • Basic technical knowledge of digital assets and the ability to articulate core offerings to prospects.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive to grow business within a market-leading company.
