Team Leader - Logistics Operations (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Team Leader - Logistics Operations (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Rohlik Group. This position is based in Bischofsheim, Germany, and offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team focused on high-quality food logistics. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 50 employees, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency in our logistics operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a logistics team, overseeing personnel management and planning in both inbound and outbound operations.
• Ensure optimal utilization of team members during shifts, maintaining productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee the onboarding and training of new employees, ensuring they are well-integrated into the team.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve issues related to reorders and troubleshooting.
• Adjust and monitor the availability and utilization of delivery slots to meet operational demands.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and delivery deadlines.
• Work closely with Area Managers to promote employee development and support their growth.

Requirements

• Completed training in logistics, gastronomy, or retail, or equivalent professional experience in a similar environment.
• Experience in a leadership role within logistics, warehousing, or retail sectors.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system from Monday to Saturday.
• Strong communication skills, with a proactive, organized, and stress-resistant approach.
• Ability to work with key performance indicators and generate reports.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills such as Russian or Romanian are a plus.
